International tax attorney Georg F. Hirsch is a native of Germany and a U.S. resident and citizen. Perfectly bilingual and bicultural, Mr. Hirsch has worked with corporate and individual clients who are based in and outside the United States to resolve complex international tax issues for more than a decade.

Mr. Hirsch was awarded his LL.M in taxation from the Georgetown University Law Center and received his J.D. from The George Washington University Law School. Prior work includes six years with the Big Four global accounting firm KPMG, in the U.S. and Germany, specializing in tax controversy and global transfer pricing. Before studying law, he had a successful career as a journalist after receiving his M.A. in journalism from the University of Iowa and his First State Examination in music, physical education, and educational science from the University of Hamburg.
Mr. Hirsch is admitted to the bars in the District of Columbia and Virginia.
